How our guarantees work
This page lists every guarantee MSP Meeting Desk offers, with its conditions, together with our refund and cancellation rules. A promise that is not on this page or in your order confirmation is not a guarantee we make. No guarantee pays you more money than you paid us: a guarantee is honoured as a refund of what you paid, as credit toward our work, or as more work.
Our guarantees
Pilot billed only on held meetings
What we promise: During the 60-day pilot you pay only USD 300 for each held meeting that matches your written criteria, nothing otherwise. Prospect lists, findings, emails, replies, briefs and spreadsheets in the pilot are not billed. If no qualifying meeting is held, you owe nothing for the pilot.
Conditions: Your written qualification criteria are agreed by email and stated in the order form you accept. You flag a meeting that was a no-show or outside your criteria by replying to its brief within 3 business days of the meeting time; a booked meeting you do not flag in that time counts as held.
What you get: No charge for any pilot meeting that was not held or that you flagged in time. If you have already paid for such a meeting, the USD 300 is refunded.
Time limit: The 60-day pilot, from its start date. Each flag within 3 business days of the meeting time.
How to claim: Nothing to claim: we bill only meetings our record shows as held and not flagged. If an invoice includes a meeting you flagged in time, reply to that invoice and we remove it.
Who decides: Our record of booked meetings and your replies to the briefs. A meeting you flagged in time is never billed.
Most you can receive: Every per-meeting fee you paid for the pilot. It is never more than you paid.
Refunds
If you ask for your money back, we first offer to credit what you paid toward a redo or another of our offers. If you still want a refund, we refund what you paid. We make that offer once and do not press it, and a refund is never more than you paid. Refunds go back by the method you paid with.
Cancellation
MSP Meeting Desk pilot. Cancel at any time by replying CANCEL to any email from us, or by emailing hello@mspmeetingdesk.com with the word CANCEL. We stop sending under your name at once and confirm by email. Meetings already booked stay on your calendar unless you cancel them; each one held by the pilot's last day that matches your written criteria is billed at USD 300. Nothing else is owed, a meeting held after the pilot's last day is not billed, and the monthly plan does not start.
MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan. Month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancellation stops every later month's USD 600 base; the month already billed runs to its end. Held qualifying meetings up to the end of that month are billed at USD 300 each, and nothing after it. You may pause instead by replying PAUSE.
Plans that renew automatically are cancelled by replying CANCEL to any email from us, or by emailing hello@mspmeetingdesk.com with the word CANCEL; no call, form or reason is needed. The full renewal and cancellation terms are in our terms of service at https://mspmeetingdesk.com/terms.
Claims and requests
To claim a guarantee, ask for a refund, or cancel, email hello@mspmeetingdesk.com or reply to any email from us. We reply by email within 2 business days, and we tell you in writing what we decided and why, naming any condition that was not met.
