Who we are
MSP Meeting Desk is a service of Internet Physics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware file number 10348328). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Internet Physics, Inc. acting under the name MSP Meeting Desk, and "you" means the business that receives our free prospect finding or places an order with us.
Our services are for businesses only. By placing an order, you confirm that you act for a business and may bind it.
How MSP Meeting Desk works
We work by email. When you ask for something that these terms and your order confirmation do not answer, we refer it to the officers of Internet Physics, Inc., and the answer reaches you by email from john@mspmeetingdesk.com.
The free prospect finding
The free prospect finding costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not a trial: it never turns into a paid order, and we never ask for payment details to send it. We prepare at most one free prospect finding for each company, identified by its website domain. We build it only from public sources, as described below, and you may use it as you wish.
The prospect finding names 25 businesses in your own metro (about 10-100 staff per public listings, approximate), each with its domain, its SPF and DMARC records as published in public DNS on a stated date, and a one-line, non-alarmist note on the spoofing risk. It also contains one sample first email to one of them, written under your company's name. You can re-run every lookup yourself.
We build it only from your public website (for your service area, verticals, name and offers), public business listings and company websites (for the businesses' names, domains and approximate staff counts) and standard public DNS TXT and MX lookups. We do no scanning or testing of anyone's systems. It needs nothing from you.
What we do for paying customers
MSP Meeting Desk pilot
The pilot lasts 60 days. During it we run outbound appointment setting under your company's name. Each month we find about 500 new prospects in your service area (owners, office managers and IT decision makers at small and mid-size businesses), each with a fresh public DNS finding, and send a three-step cold email sequence (about 1,500 emails) under your name from warmed mailboxes on your subdomain, each email personalised with that prospect's own finding. We classify and answer replies from your approved facts, send your booking link and write a one-page brief (company, contact, finding, reply thread) per booked meeting. The month's prospect list and reply log are delivered as a spreadsheet you keep. Sending tools, mailboxes and contact data are in the fee.
Before sending, we re-run each prospect's DNS lookup within 24 hours and drop prospects whose gap is gone. We hold any email whose risk wording falls outside the phrases you approved and rewrite it. We check every send against the shared suppression list described below. Within 5 business days after you accept the order form, we send you the first month's prospect list, each prospect with its public DNS finding.
What you give us, and when:
- By email before the order form is sent, and then stated in the order form you accept: your service area, your written qualification criteria for a held meeting, and your approval of the email template.
- At pilot start, once: SPF, DKIM and DMARC records added to a sending subdomain you own, from instructions we send; your calendar booking link; your existing email opt-out list, if any; and the postal address to show in emails sent under your name.
MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan
After the pilot, the same work continues each month: about 500 new prospects in your service area, each with a fresh public DNS finding, de-duplicated against earlier months; the three-step cold email sequence (about 1,500 emails) under your name; reply handling, your booking link and a one-page brief per booked meeting; and the month's prospect list and reply log as a spreadsheet. The plan uses the subdomain, booking link, criteria and template already in place.
What's not included
- No cold calls or texts, to MSPs or to their prospects
- No LinkedIn messaging on the MSP's behalf
- No taking or running of the sales meeting, and no proposals
- No scanning, port checks or testing of prospects' systems beyond public DNS lookups
- No access to the MSP's PSA, RMM or client systems
Prices and billing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies by law. We bill only the events this section names; our own errors, retries and failed checks are never billed. We do not ask for payment details before you accept an order, and we start paid work only after you accept it as described in "How orders are made".
MSP Meeting Desk pilot. 60-day pilot: USD 300 per held meeting matching your written criteria, nothing otherwise. A booked meeting becomes billable once its meeting time has passed, unless you flag it as a no-show or outside your written criteria within 3 business days by replying to its brief. Prospect lists, findings, emails, replies, briefs and spreadsheets are never billed on their own, and neither are meetings that were not held or that you flagged in time. Per-meeting fees are invoiced monthly in arrears.
MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan. USD 600 per month plus USD 300 per held qualifying meeting, billed monthly, month-to-month with no minimum term. The USD 600 base is invoiced in advance at the start of each plan month. The USD 300 per held qualifying meeting is invoiced in arrears, with the next month's invoice, under the same rule as the pilot: a booked meeting is billable once its time has passed unless you flag it within 3 business days. No base is charged for a month that starts after you cancel or while the plan is paused.
We email each invoice from hello@mspmeetingdesk.com. You pay it by bank transfer (ACH or wire) to the account named on the invoice.
Automatic renewal
MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan renews automatically. MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan is billed at USD 600 per month plus USD 300 per held qualifying meeting every month and renews automatically until you cancel. Your first charge for it is the USD 600 base for its first month, invoiced in advance on the day after the pilot ends. We start it only after you have replied to its order confirmation with the words "I agree to automatic renewal", separately from accepting the rest of the order, and we keep that reply for at least 3 years, or for 1 year after the plan ends if that is later. When it starts, we email you these terms and how to cancel. We email you at least 30 days before any change to its price, and at least once a year we email you its price, how often you are charged and how to cancel.
To cancel, reply CANCEL to any email from us, or email hello@mspmeetingdesk.com with the word CANCEL. No call, form or reason is needed, and we confirm the cancellation by email within one business day. Cancellation stops every later month's USD 600 base; the month already billed runs to its end. Held qualifying meetings up to the end of that month are billed at USD 300 each, and nothing after it.
To pause instead, reply PAUSE. While MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan is paused we do no work on it and charge nothing for it. It restarts only when you reply RESUME; if you have not replied RESUME within 3 months, it ends without any further charge.
When MSP Meeting Desk pilot ends. MSP Meeting Desk pilot ends on day 60 after it starts. MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan then starts at USD 600 per month plus USD 300 per held qualifying meeting, under the automatic renewal terms above, only if you agreed to them in your reply to the order confirmation and have not cancelled before that date by replying CANCEL. Between 3 and 21 days before MSP Meeting Desk pilot ends, we email you the date it ends, what MSP Meeting Desk monthly plan will cost and how to cancel. If you cancel before it ends, nothing after MSP Meeting Desk pilot is charged.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel the MSP Meeting Desk pilot at any time by replying CANCEL to any email from us, or by emailing hello@mspmeetingdesk.com with the word CANCEL. We stop sending under your name at once and confirm by email. Meetings already booked stay on your calendar unless you cancel them; each one held by the pilot's last day that matches your written criteria is billed at USD 300, as in the pilot. Nothing else is owed, a meeting held after the pilot's last day is not billed, and the monthly plan does not start.
Guarantees and refunds
Every guarantee we offer, with its conditions, and our refund rule are on our guarantee page at https://mspmeetingdesk.com/guarantee. A promise that is not on that page or in your order confirmation is not a guarantee we make.
How orders are made
We send you an order form by email from john@mspmeetingdesk.com. It states what we will do, the price and the guarantee that apply. An order is made when you reply to it with your full name, your title, your company's name and the words "I agree"; that reply is your electronic signature on the order form. The order form and these terms are our whole agreement for that order; if they differ, the order form applies.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and files you send us are accurate and that you have the right to give them to us for the work you order. You use what we deliver in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
You add the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to your sending subdomain at pilot start and keep them in place while we send. You keep your booking link working and hold the meetings yourself. You flag a no-show or a meeting outside your written criteria by replying to its brief within 3 business days of the meeting time; a meeting you do not flag counts as held.
The emails we send under your name advertise your services, so your company is their sender under the CAN-SPAM Act. Each one names your company, carries the postal address you give us and contains an opt-out. Opt-outs from these emails, and your existing opt-out list, go to a shared suppression list that we keep and check before every send. You do not email, or have anyone else email, an address on that list about the services we promote for you.
Your material and our work
You keep all rights in the material you send us. Once you have paid for an order, what we deliver under it is yours to use and change. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and know-how, but not your material or your deliverables. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy at https://mspmeetingdesk.com/privacy.
Confidentiality
We keep the non-public information you send us confidential, use it only to do your work, and share it only with the kinds of service providers our privacy policy names. This does not cover information that is public or that you have told us we may share.
No promise of results
We promise the work described in your order, not a business result such as replies, meetings, sales or revenue, unless a guarantee on our guarantee page says otherwise. Estimates, examples and benchmarks we share are not promises.
We do not promise a number of booked or held meetings. A held meeting is not a client: whether a meeting becomes a managed-services contract depends on your own sales work. A prospect's public DNS finding states how its records look on a given date; it is not a claim that the prospect's systems were breached or are unsafe.
Limitation of liability
Apart from the work described in your order and the guarantees on our guarantee page, we make no other warranties, express or implied. The free prospect finding is provided as is.
Except for amounts you owe for work delivered, each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any order is limited to the amount you paid us under the order concerned in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending an order
Either of us may end an order that is not yet finished, by email, if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 15 days of being told. You then pay for the work delivered up to that point, and we refund what you paid for work not delivered.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new effective date. An order keeps the terms in force when it was made. For a plan that renews automatically, we email you any change at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you may cancel before then.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and every order are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before either of us starts a legal claim, we try for 30 days to settle the matter by email. A claim that is not settled is brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us accept their jurisdiction.
General
You may not transfer an order to someone else without our agreement by email. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Notices under these terms are given by email: ours come from john@mspmeetingdesk.com, and yours go to hello@mspmeetingdesk.com.
